Private functions at All Saints Community Centre are usually held on Saturdays.
Occasionally, we have Sundays available as well.
The Functions can be held in the Old Hall or the Sports Hall. Both Halls have capacity of up to 200 guests each.
The hire charges are based on daily rates, from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm. Please note that the opening hours cannot be extended beyond 11.00 pm and there are no hourly rates for private functions.
Various types of functions are charged at different rates. For more information regarding the rates please contact the Centre.
In addition to hire charges, the Centre also charges deposits.
All private hire bookings are subject to a booking deposit of £50 to be paid at a time of signing a Hire Contract. The booking deposit is refundable after the function, but will be forfeit in the event of cancellation. The booking deposit can be used to change the date of function (subject to availability), but cannot be refunded otherwise.
There is also a refundable security deposit of £350 to be paid with the rest of the balance. Security deposit is charged to cover any damaged or extra expenses arising as a result of a private function. Full terms and conditions regarding security deposit and other provisions can be found in a Hire Contract. Please contact the Centre to receive a copy of the Contract.
